Creation of menu and tablescape concept for Hèrmes Inverted Dinner in Comedié de la Genève

Revolving around this year's theme of astonishment I wanted to play with unconventional order, size and serving of the dishes with graphic presentation and strong color accents. 

On the menu : salty mini religieuse, fallen bouquet, colorful cold soup espressos, gigantic dumpling and mushroom broth served from a teapot, white chocolate boat floating on a raspberry lake + mini sweet maritozzi sandwiches.
