Aperitif for the launch of Nike Romero in Voo Store Berlin.

Võileivatort or sandwich cake has always been a dish I wasn’t fan of. Found in Estonian supermarkets, these industrial extravagantly decorated salty cakes, often with fish, soaked in mayo and cream cheese never appetized me and felt very odd. But I really love the idea of a big sandwich served to share in a more festive way, so I wanted to recreate one that would look fun, but with good ingredients, the one I would enjoy eating as well. This one is with homemade dill mayo, pickled onions, cucumbers, comté cheese, radicchio and lemon cream cheese.

On the menu: sandwich cake, dill mayo delived eggs, salt brined cucumbers, loukoum pyramid.
