Monika Varšavskaja is an artist and chef based in Paris. She specializes in creative direction within the food sphere — using food and hospitality culture as medium to curate gatherings, imagine and execute image concepts, and craft both objects and sensorial experiences. This includes menu development and refined food styling, always with an emphasis on storytelling. Monika works globally with brands in design, fashion, art and culture.

Originally from Tallinn, Estonia, she draws inspiration from her Slavic and Baltic roots. Her approach to food is simple yet refined, and she is involved in research within the cultural food scene. Nature, memory, and community are essential elements to her work.
