For the grand opening of the exhibition "Orient Express and CIE - Itinerary of a Modern Myth" at the French Academy of Rome, Villa Médicis. A dinner crafted for 120 guests, drawing inspiration from the iconic travel destinations of the Orient Express and the flavors encountered along its route. The menu was designed to evoke a sense of adventure transporting diners across different regions with every bite.

The presentation of each dish was a tribute to the dining cars of the Orient Express and aesthetic that echoed the golden age of rail travel.

On the menu: pommes duchesse with port wine reduction, vegetarian pithivier with butternut and cardoons, spicy broth, mini réligiuese with pistachio cream
